Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll notify you by email.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $60 or more.
- Standard shipping: $6.99 for U.S. orders under $60.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination and carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and any applicable duties or taxes are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country's customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Fururumo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@fururumo.com.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and find the best possible solution.
